what does L O I stand for in commercial deal
Hi wlevy,
L O I actually means "Letter of Intent." The buyer can use the Letter of Intent in order to let the seller know about his/her intentions to purchase a property without having to write a formal, legal binding contract. The intentions of the buyer in regards to the purchase of the property is spelled out clearly in this letter.
