The question is: Do I need to have a borrower signe RESPA disclosures when they are buying a manufactured home?
If you are an LO then you need those docs on every deal you do. You should have people sign all the dislosures you have. There is an old saying in this business... "Disclose, disclose, and disclose." It never hurts to have someone sign a disclosure even if it may not apply. Better to cover your backside to be safe.
