we are looking at a 2000 model doublewide. we are moving to some land that someone wants to have looked after. we need a loan to buy the trailer. trailer is 28 by 68 4 bed 2 bath for 22500. Will that be possible to get a loan on?
Loans are available but it will also depend on what requirements the lender would ask for (like it be on permanent foundation) before approving your loan.
I can try and provide you a loan, however, what Elfman mentioned, I can only offer you a loan if the home is fixed to the foundation.
