Where do I make my mortgage payment to Realtime

You will have to contact Real Time and they will set up a payment plan and let you know how you can pay them the dues. You can even contact your lender and ask them to withdraw the account from collections. If they withdraw the account from collections, then you can make regular payments to the lender and pay off the mortgage in full to save the property.
