Hi lolo6104,
Welcome to Mortgage fit,
In order to accomplish this task you need to consult with an attorney and he/she will guide you for the exact procedure...Because every state has its own regulations and some minute changes in the laws governing the property transfer...One can not just make a general comment on transfer of the property....
If you do not wish to approach an attorney then you should contact directly to the county officer...make sure that the will is recorded and notarized so it will be valid in the eyes of law..
Feel free to ask any further query if you have.....

Hi lolo!
Welcome to forums!
You will have to take the help of an attorney and get the will probated. Once the will is probated, the property will be divided accordingly. If you're the sole beneficiary mentioned in the will, then it will be transferred in your name.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
