What actions to take in order to have my name on title after payoff?

I am paying off the mortgage of my deceased grandmother, it's still in her name. But my name is on the deed. What should i do in order to have correct papers after pay off?
hi tkhla,

you can refinance the mortgage in your name and get the mortgage transferred. thus, once you pay off the loan, you'll own the property free and clear.
