My wife had a home. She was on the loan and I was not. I was however on title. The home went into foreclosure July 2010. I would like to buy a home. My credit score is over 725. I'm having trouble finding a lender. Need Help.
Hi wjudson ,
Welcome on Mortgagefit, In my opinion, you may apply for FHA ( Federal Housing Administration ) Loan, As you say your credit score is 725, FHA need more than 620 credit score so your eligible by credit score & now you just have to be qualify for few requirements. such as a 3.5% down payment of loan amount, most recent bank statement, income proof & other required documents by your lender, you may also find out lenders here.

I'm not sure what you mean by you are having trouble finding a lender, unless you mean you have already applied for a loan and have been getting turned down.
If that is not the case and you have sufficient funds for a down payment/closing costs, along with an acceptable credit/income and employment history, then there shouldn't be any problems getting a loan.
Basically, you need to supply more information about your situation before anyone can provide you with the advice you need.

Try filling out the No obligation form http://www.mortgagefit.com/quote/ and one or more lenders will contact you.
