Hi to all i was watching those buying my first home shows on cable and one of the buyer qualified for this particular situation is that real or just TV please elaborate.

100% financing is available, like fannie mae mycommunitymortgage is one such loan and fha loans have only 3% down payment requirement.

I know of cofedbank.com/ which have such no down and no pmi loans, you can check them also to know if you would qualify. This is their no. 1-888-496-8561

no downpayment mortgage are available but you need to look carefully at the offers first. If it is a single mortgage or a combination of 2 mortgages making it 100% finance.

colin mentioned fannie mae and fha loans, to that I will add that fha mortgages have limits ie the loan amount cannot be more than what is set for your area and for mycommunitymortgage there are household income limits.

What price range are you looking to buy the house in aladysiren and can you provide some other details like your present income, total monthly debt payments. That way we will be able to give more inputs on what option would be more suitable for you.

If your credit score is fair or better, 100% financing is still available. By contacting a mortgage professional and reviewing your credit situation, they should be able to help you determine if you can qualify for this type of mortgage program.
