Welcome Ravik,
At a score of 780, I think it is possible to take a home loan worth 90%LTV.

Im thinking 85% is your cutoff but if you think you can work with that or something close to that give me a call and we can look into it.
Hi Ravik,
I think a blanket mortgage can serve the purpose here as there are several properties involved. For that, you can look out for loans offered by our community lenders.
The lenders in our community are into providing loan options to different levels of borrowers. So, if you are interested, either you or your borrower can send us a request for mortgage quotes with a few other details. As soon as we forward the borrower's details to the respective lenders, they shall try to find out if they can offer him a loan. And, if the lenders are able to provide him with it, they shall contact you asap.
Good luck :)

he is looking for one new loan for his new property not a blanket loan for allof the ones he owns
plus blanket loans are not always good if you planning to sell down the line
