when should automatic payments post?
If you have bi monthly payment agreement, then your payments should be applied as is. Unless they have some accounting system that they use regardless of what type of payment you have. You should contact your servicer and ask for a supervisor to assist you.
Also, forgot to mention. Your payments are always paid in arrears. Meaning your January interest is paid in February. This could be part of your issue. Again, contact your servicing company and speak to someone higher up in command
