can a power of attorney sign the 4506 form when applying for a mortgage
Hi peterb,
If there is a power of attorney, then you will be able to sign the 4506 form on behalf of the person. Nevertheless, it will be better if you could contact a tax adviser and take his/her opinion in this matter.
Thanks
