What is the difference between a pre-qualified letter and a conditional approval letter?
Pre-qualified shows that you are qulified to get a loan for certian amoutn based on the current incoem and credit score
Conditional approval would be the lender would say you are qulified for cretian amount, but you need to fulfill certian conditiosn before the fianl process I comeplte.
That mayinclude paying off some of the credit cards or loans etc
