I was wondering if you all were a company that would allow me to process loans out of all 50 states without becoming an employee of your co.?
I use a processor that doesnt work for Carteret Mortgage (my company).
They're licensed in 49 states + DC

Most of the time processors don't need to be licensed. Although more and more states are requiring it.
