Many years back, we lost our home in foreclosure. But we loved it very much. Now we hear that the same home is under foreclosure. Can we now purchase it?
It may be quite hard for you to purchase the same home but there is no harm in trying.
There is no difference between purchasing that home or any other home.
You either qualify to purchase or you do not.
