Those numbers are really good and you should not have any problem getting a mortgage as long as you have 2 years w2 forms and 2 year work history and 2 months bank statements as long as your credit report is in good standing then you should get a mortgage no problem and should get a pretty good rate. Shop around a few banks and lendors first and see what your getting. There is a lot of people here who can run the numbers for you on the main page you can contact a guy named George hes the guy i see the most on the forums.

Hey George, IowaGuy did send me his information. He has only worked for his current company for 1 and a half years. He makes around 75k a year. Score of about 780 median score. I told him he will need to email you his more personal information such as social and stuff like that.
