When my husband died I let my youngest daughter quickclaim herself onto my property of 50 years , then she quickclaimed her husband on, then another daughter found out and had her sibling remove her husband off property and then qickclaimed herself on and removed my name off (the original owner) with the promised that I would live the rest of my life there. It didn't happen she used code enforcement to have me removed off the property of which they said it was a matter of some repairs to bring it up to standard, I complied and they got me for tresspassing had me removed then demolished my house. My youngest daughter felt remorse and quickclaimed me back on and she got off, so now the daughter that is left on with me will not get her name off what can I do now?[/b]
Welcome Guest,

You cannot force anyone to remove her name from the property deed. You should contact the daughter and negotiate with her so that she agrees to remove her name from the deed.
