i signed a quit claim deed on the property i use to own to another person in sept. 2010 and the property hasn't been recorded yet as of april 25 2011.i just received a bill for the 2011 property taxes.who do i talk to about having the property taxes mailed to the new owner?
Hi Lowell!

Welcome to forums!

You should contact the new owner of the property and ask him/her to record the deed and get the tax documents transferred in his/her name. You can contact the tax department and request them to mail it to the new owner.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
