can i take a child out of a deed of property
:(
:(
Hi yvonne!
Welcome to forums!
The child needs to sign the quitclaim deed in order to remove his/her name off the deed. You need to contact a real estate attorney in this regard.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi yvonne carey,
Welcome to Mortgage fit,
If the child is minor, then his/her appointee has to sign the deed and then only this deed will be reversed.
Feel free to ask any further query if you have....
