I am purchasing a home for my daughter whose credit has been compromised. The Title will be in my name. In order for my daughter to claim homesteading rights for 2012, since the deadline is already passed for living on site Jan 1, 2011, I must ADD her to the title before Jan 1, 2012, correct? I want to remain on the Title, is there a different form to use to ADD her as 'joint ownership w/right of survivorship' to protect our home, where she will live.
Is there another way to protect the home during the soon purchase of the home?

Hi Josephine!
Welcome to forums!
You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the correct form to add your daughter to the property deed with 'joint ownership with the right of survivorship'.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
