hi, I have a flat worth around 380k on which I owe 250k to Mortgage Express (Bradford & Bingley). Would like to remortgage but am self certified i.e. unsalaried. I doubt whether IÂ´m eligible for anything but you never know. thanks.

welcome alison,

if you have equity in your property, then you will be able to refinance the mortgage. but unless you're able to show income for the last 2 years, it will be difficult for you to qualify for a remortgage.
