What does it means when it says recoverable corporate advances

As far as I know, recoverable corporate advances are funds which are charged to the borrower's loan. This fund can be collected from the borrower.

Thanks for the response I am paying off my mortgage and this is on the papers they sent me that we also owe. I couldn't understand it.
