I may help you out. Please give me a call or email me so we can talk more.
I need a bit more information to give you an accurate answer.
When did you buy a home?
Did you put any $$ down?
Is this the only home you have?
How much money you make and what you can document.
When did the loan adjust?
Were you current before the adjustment?
When was the bankruptcy discharged?
Have you had any consumer lates since the bankruptcy before you had the adjustment.

Hi brookes, how long has it been since you have filed the bankruptcy? It's not that you cannot get a refinance loan because of the bankruptcy. But perhap things re not working in your case or may be if you do some more shopping, it can be of your help. By the way, this cmmunity also has a group of lenders, you can just contact them and see if they can offer you something.
The government is coming out with a new program for people in your situation (ARM's that caused financial distress). Even if you are in forclosure please contact me, I may be able to help.
