Hello, a quick question. My mother had put my brothers name on a home her mother owned, it's paid for. But she now needs to reemove his name that she put on the title. The home has her name and then his. The home is in Tucson Az. doe she need to have his ok or agreement or can she just remove his name and just have her name on the title.

removing your brother's name is not a uni-lateral action. most often this is done with a quit claim deed but that may not be the best method because if done without title insurance it could create a break in the chain of title which may make a subsequent sale more difficult.
in short your brother will have to sign a transfer instrument and you probably want to consult an attorney on which would be best.
