I have 6 rental properties with six different insurance policies on them . Is there any negatives to getting just one blanket policy to cover all 6?
It's cheaper and the insurance company won't force us to rebuild if I dont want to.

Hi poorkev!
Welcome to forums!
I don't think there is any negative in getting one blanket policy to cover all the 6 properties. You can contact your insurance agent and he will guide you further in this matter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
