No, you must be 62. You can start the paperwork 90 days before you turn 62, but you can't sign the final loan documents until your birthday.

As Raymond had said, unless you're 62 years of age, you won't be able to get a reverse mortgage. This is one of the major criteria that needs to be fulfilled if you want to qualify for a reverse mortgage.
