Hi slhmarketingdepartment,
Welcome to Mortgage fit,
In which state are you living in? This is the most important question as far as dispute resolution is concerned. But to be frank if her name is there on the deed/title surely you need to give her share of the house. If you are majority stake holder in the home you can offer her a proposal to buy out her % share in cash.
If she refuses to do so, you can approach the civil court and get the issue solved.
But keep in mind without paying money to her she won't releive her interest in the property.
Feel free to ask any further query if you have...

Welcome slhmarketingdepartment,
As your ex-girlfriend's name is mentioned in the property deed, she is the part owner of the property and can stay in the house. If you want her to leave the property, then you should buy her out by offering a certain amount of money and ask her to sign a quitclaim deed transferring the property in your name.
