MY FATHER RENTED HIS HOUSE OUT, AND MY MOM IS TELLING HIM SHE KICKING THE RENTERS OUT AND MOVING BACK IN, MY DAD IS OWNLY ON THE DEED AND MY DAD AND MOM IS ON THE TITLE, THERE ARE NOT MARRIED ANY MORE THEY WASNT WHEN THEY BOUGHT THE HOUSE, IM THE SON AND I PAID ON THE HOUSE FOR 7YRS, THEN MY DAD PAID THE LAST 3 YEARS MY MOM NEVER PAID A DIME. WHAT RIGHTS DOES SHE HAVE.
If she is on title she is a partial owner
This will have to be resolved between your parents or it could end up in court.
If I were your Dad and he is the only one on the note I would suggest doing what it takes to get her off of title - she will either have to agree or be forced by the courts. It is NEVER a good idea to allow someone on title when they are not on the loan. Just like it makes no sense to be on a loan when not on title.
