Who has actual rights to the property – the person whose name is on the property deed or the person who is on the mortgage? My partner and I own a property. The deed has my name but it is not mentioned on the mortgage.
Hi Roblett,
The person, whose name is mentioned on the property deed, will have the ownership rights to the property.
Take care
