My father passed away last year and he had sold a property in 2005. I recently received a call regarding the property. Does this mean I may have rights still to the property the owner shows as "Street Name and my Dads last name" (as the trustee/grantee)
Hi Angela!

Welcome to the forums!

If the property has already been transferred to someone else, then you won't have any rights to the property.

Hi Angela,

You should show the property deed to an attorney and he will let you know as to what rights you have in regards to that property.

Thanks
