there are 2 people mentioned on a quit claim deed of a property. can one of those persons on the deed force a sale of the property stating financial difficulties. the property is free and clear. does both people have to be in agreement?
Hi kim,
In order to sell off the property, both the owners should be in agreement. Unless both the owners sign the property deed, the property cannot be sold off.
