Hi there… I recently heard a case where a seller committed discrimination based on color when selling a property. Which Act protects the minorities from being discriminated?
Hi Bobo,
This is a serious offence and the seller may be punished for doing so. The Fair Housing Act of 1968 protects the minorities from any kind of discrimination in this regard.
Take care.

Welcome Bobo,
I agree with what Sara has said. For this offence, the seller can be penalized.

I completely agree with the posts above. Discrimination based on color when selling a property is an serious offence and can be punished accordingly.
