HOW CAN I SELL MY HOME, IF I NO LONGER LIVE IN THE STATE WHERE MY HOME IS LOCATED?
Try contacting a realtor in that area. They should be able to provide you with plenty of options. You could even give them power of attorney to negotiate the sale for you, if you feel comfortable with that. I have seen several deals that were all handled by overnight shipping and fax. Worst case scenario, you might have to make a weekend trip to be present at closing. Good Luck!

I would agree with Benjamin in the sense that a realtor would be the best person to guide you on selling your home. But I believe if you can take out some time and keep track of the seller's initiatives, it will be better. Perhaps that will also help him make it fast to the listings and the sale.
