Has anyone heard of Solstice Capital?
Welcome Mollie,
I have heard that they offer loans to poor credit borrowers.

Are they a good company to do business with?
Hi Mollie,
I haven't heard about the services of this company. You can go through the Better Business Bureau website and find out about their reliability.
Thanks,
Sara

As far as I know, they have their headquarters in California, are licensed and have other offices in Arizona & Nevada. You need to check the rates they are offering and compare it with what other lender would provide. That way you will be able to know if they would be good to take the loan from or not.
BTW, you can view their records from this page; their license and other details are listed here – http://www.corp.ca.gov/fsd/lic/default.asp?flag=1&srchtyp=contains&licstatus=active&busname=Solstice+Capital+Group%2C+Inc.&id=&lictype=California+Finance+Lender&city=&state=&zip=

That's good information Monica. Even I was looking for it and somehow i stumbled into this forums.
Solstice is allegedly involved in fraudulent activities. Report any problems to the Better Business Bureau and your local mortgage regulatory authority.
Read their reviews. Theya re not very encourging
Do NOT do business with Solstice Capital. I had a very bad experience. I was in contact with their mortgage consultant over the phone. The terms that he detailed were not at all what the actual loan yielded. When I tried to get in contact with teh particular consultant, they simply told me he no longer worked with them. I chalk this up to being young and naive but thank God I had a friend who was a mortgage consultant and was able to get me out of the mess.
We had similar issues with Solstice, the rep even made calls saying he was my husband. Plus the individual you work with does not use their real name.
i worked for them at a division they owned called Loanbus and then again for their main division. they encouraged people applying for loans to lie about their rsidency and income. they overworked and under compensated their employees.
