Lawyers have indicated that in order to stop an eviction that I need to file an Cause to Show Order to Stay A Writ of possession-since I have not been given a date of redemption by the courts. Can I do that through a realtor's office in order to quickly reclaim and sell the property?
Welcome trinity,
You may be able to do that through a realtor's office in order to quickly reclaim and sell the property or else you can contact a real estate attorney and take his help in filing the Cause to Show Order to Stay. He will help you in this process.
