The subprime market crisis is affecting every country will it get solved soon or it will take some more time
Hi Bthair,
Welcome to the forum.
We cannot be sure when the crisis in the sub prime mortgage market will get over. But we can see that lenders are coming up with stricter laws in case of lending mortgages. Moreover, the Government has taken a step forward to help people in coming up with the crisis. So, we can only hope for the best.

Yes, the US mortgage crisis has affected even the global markets. According to US Federal Reserve Chairman, the credit losses on account of subprime mortgage crisis have so far exceeded the estimated loss. He feels that the wider loss is a signal to uncertainty among investors as far as investing their money is concerned.
It is expected that investors may not be willing to take the risk while investing in financial markets. It will take a couple of months before this crisis gets over.
Regards,
Jessica

There is no guarantee subprime will ever come back. As most of you know the biggest lenders handling these mortgages are bancrupt or close to it. If they aren't their investors are. We have been seeing this coming for a long time. The positive side is that with the new FHA programs coming we should be able to make it through.
Lets all be really honest for a second. Do you really think most of the subprime borrowers should have got their loans in the first place?
For some reason lately I have noticed that people care more about making money than using their common sense. And don't give me the "I am not responsible it is the lenders fault" line. It is all of our responsibilities as citizens of this world to look out and take care of one another. We need to quit passing the buck and take responsibility for our actions.
