I received a summon from the court about forclosure, I need to respond to them with 20 days, but I do not know how to answer the letter. please help

Hi lacresha,

I would suggest you to contact an attorney. He will be the best person to guide you while writing the letter. He will also help you in understanding the summon sent by the lender.

you don't need to pay an attorney to write a letter. call the court directly, ask them what they need from you and comply with that. it's truly much simpler than you might think.
