I asked to be aded to the deed, owning part ownership so my husband family can't put me out after his dies. His children do not like me and I am sure they will make troube for us they already have attempted to break us up serveral times by getting caught in lines. Non of them live with us.

I am on the paper work as a tenant/survivorship deed and this is not recorded. What will be my rights. I moved into mu home into his , and I think it only right that I am on his deed.
Hi waliydah,

As the deed is not recorded, it won't be considered as valid. You should make sure that your husband notarizes and records the deed at the county recorder's office. Once the deed is recorded, you will be considered as the valid owner of the property.

Thanks,

Jerry
