Anyone know how to get DU to underwrite a RHS loan correctly? I am getting a refer with caution because of a 102% CLTV. Any suggestions?

Welcome to forums.
As per my knowledge, rural housing loans should be entered in the Desktop Underwriter (DU) as 30 year FRMs. After you submit each loan for underwriting purpose, the DU shows the underwriting recommendation in its Case Browser window and on the underwriting reports.
