Hi I am a disabled Vet and I purchased my house when I was on active duty. I am now out of the service and 130k upside down on my home. Are there any services to help Vets with short sales in my circumstance. I have never been late on my payment. Please help.

Hi JMIles,
You should contact your lender and he will help you in short selling your property. You need to write a hardship letter to the lender in order to apply for a short sale. If the lender feels that you meet all the required criteria, he will consider your request for a short sale.
Thanks,
Jerry
