Does anyone have a current list of hard money lenders in the US for Residential and Commercial loans? Where can I find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a statewise listing of lenders here in this community. You'll get the listing at http://www.mortgagefit.com/unitedstates/ . There are a variety of lenders here. So, I'm not sure as to who is a hard moeny lender out of them. But I suppose if you check their profiles, you'll be able to find out.
