Welcome Ravik,
This community has a group of ranked lenders listed at http://www.mortgagefit.com/unitedstates/ . You can go through the statewise listing to get lenders offering different types of loans.

I would think that any rankings that you find are really just a matter of opinion and not fact.
thank you, lisa - that was just the right amount of pearls of wisdom needed.
i was about to say that very thing - that any such rankings are subjective in nature (oops...i just did say it!).

True words -- one broker will recommend certain lenders, and another will name certain others.
Not all banks operate in all states -- also, each bank representative will toot his/her own horn, understandably.
There are lists of all the wonderful lenders who had diffuclty surviving the 'meltdown'.
I'd be pleased to name these lenders as ones that have my respect: (in no particular order)
First Horizon, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Sierra Nevada, Plaza, Wachovia, CMG, GMAC, Eagle, Equifirst, TB&W, M&I

wow....thanks for the backing, chuck. i feel pretty certain you are talking about the first horizon locations in your area, but those accolades can flow eastward, too!
I am glad to see our reputation as a company reaches into my extended community. :)
