I'm looking into an older house. It does not have a well so it's hard to find a mortgage. Any suggestions?
Welcome Reinventive.
I haven't heard of anyone not getting a mortgage just because there's not a well. But my suggestion will be to look out for lenders who are willing to offer you loans on the basis of your property type, credit profile and income level. Also, have you decided as to what type of mortgage you'll go for. Just in case you haven't, feel free to seek free consultation with the community lenders here and check out which loan offer will suit you the best.
Thanks.

Hi Reinventive.
Welcome to the forum.
Are you not getting a mortgage just because there is no well in your property? Helping user has given you right suggestion that shop around a bit for lenders to whether you can get a mortgage.
BTW can you give us a bit information about your credit and income so that we can give you better suggestions.
Best of luck,
Larry

i'm not quite certain i understand the situation here. is the lack of a well preventing you from having a water supply? that would be most odd, though i suppose it could be the case.
please elaborate on this situation.
