why does the government have to make it SO HARD TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK?
just to get the blank form - THAT HAS TO BE NOTARIZED?
scammers get it - send out letters saying there's money there -
but you can't download the form???

Welcome Shar,
Well, I guess your Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured single family mortgage is terminated and no claim for insurance benefits can be filed. The time frame for filing the form HUD-27050-A is within 15 calendar days from the date termination. As you're unable to download this form, you can contact the local HUD Field Office and get the form from there.
