Is any bank making 30 year fixed loans on modular homes?

i know usbank in south dakota will lend on modulars, but they've got to be affixed to land. you can try them.
actually, they only do wholesale deals, so you may get switched around a bit on the phone and not likely to find anything online. it's not a certainty that whoever you speak with in a "mortgage department" for example, would know what you're talking about.
