Hi kgreen!
Welcome to forums!
With a credit score of 650, you won't be able to qualify for a conventional loan. In order to get a conventional loan, you should have a score of 700-720. However, with a score of 650, you will be able to qualify for FHA loan. You should contact the local FHA lenders and apply for a mortgage.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
