Hello,
I ran my credit to see if i qualified for a loan back in june. At the time my credit score was 617, and i had quiet a few collections and monies due to creditors. I also have a bk listed on my credit report from 05, which i did not follow through on, but since i filed it still remains. I paid some of the collections in full and settled with the rest. I ran my credit report and now it looks like my score is 673. I make $2307.2 before taxes every month. I carry a balance of less than $5 on 2 active credit cards and i dont have any revolving loans. Is there anyway for me to compute how much of a loan i qualify for? Even a ballpark estimate? I have about a 10K down payment at the moment. Thanks for your time!

Hi rb!
Welcome to forums!
You can check out the given calculator in order to know how much loan you might be able to qualify for:

You need to fill out the required details and hit on the "Calculate" tab and get to know the mortgage amount which you might qualify for.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
