I am a first time buyer and I have a credit score of 675. Will it be enough to get a first time home buyer's mortgage?
No, this won't be enough to get a mortgage loan. You would need to boost your credit score to at least 700.
Hi Tresco,
With a credit score of 675, you may not get a conventional loan but you may qualify for a FHA loan. So, if you are interested in FHA loans, you can contact the local FHA approved lenders and apply for the mortgage.
Thanks,
Jerry
