Hi, I have a morgage on my home but my land is not included with this loan can i or what kind of loan should i apply for to get a loan of approximatley 10,000 to 15,000
is your goal to purchase the land surrounding your house? do you have any eguity in your house? probably easiest way would be to do a cash out refinance and use the proceeds to purchase the land with cash.
