i and my daughter are on m6y home mortagge and i want to assume the loan what should i do
Hi raggareds,

You will have to contact the lender in order to assume the loan. It will be the lender's discretion whether or not he would allow you to assume the loan. There are high chances that the lender will ask you to refinance the mortgage.
