I need to know where I might be able to get a very bad credit mobile home loan? I want to buy a mobile home that is currently in my parents'name. I have bad credit, is there anything out there for someone like me?

It's impossible to get mobile home loan with bad credit history. Build up your credit then you will be qualified for mobile home loan.

agreed...as with any other type of credit you seek, lenders want to see that you have a decent credit record to make them secure in the hope that you will pay back the loan you seek faithfully.

You haven't mentioned your present credit score. if you've a present credit score of around 620 and if there are not much negative items listed in your credit report, then you would be able to qualify for a FHA loan.

Lender never wants to lose their own money to give loans to bad creditors . So they very strict with your credit report. Make credit score more than 620 as James says.
